Findstaff Placement Services, Inc. (FPSI) was founded in 1964 in London as Findstaff Bureau and was tasked with supplying manpower to hotels and hospitals in Great Britain.
In 1972, Findstaff was incorporated in the Philippines under the Securities and Exchange Commission as Findstaff Placement Services, Inc. It was then duly registered with the Bureau of Employment Services (now known as the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration or POEA) as a licensed overseas placement agency.
Since then, FPSI has recruited and deployed thousands of Filipino landbased workers to local and foreign employers in Europe, the Middle East, other Asian countries, Australia and the USA.
Among the work categories FPSI has facilitated are hotel and restaurant crew, IT professionals, engineers, teachers, caregivers, aupairs, entertainers such as showbands, other skilled personnel, healthcare workers and hospital staff.
